Autumn Apple Day - please help!

Abbotswood Action Group is preparing the next community event -

Autumn Apple Day
Saturday, October 1st

BUT WE NEED HELP!!

Can you spare an hour or two to help make the event run smoothly?

Perhaps you could -

• help serve cake, tea, coffee, juice, apples
• oversee games for the children
• set up tables and chairs before the event
• clear up after the event
• be a general helper

If you would like to be involved in this very popular community event, please contact

Rob Elliott, Community Development Worker

Planning ahead for Autumn Apple Day - your ideas please!

We're planning ahead for the annual Abbotswood Autumn Apple day which will take place on Saturday 1st October. We would welcome your ideas about what would it be good to include, who might take part, and the activities would people like to see.

Maybe YOU could you help to make all this happen? We're having another Apple Day meet-up on Tuesday 19 July at 7.30 pm in the skittle alley of the Abbotswood Inn. We would love to see you there.
